Grilled Shrimp and Scallops

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons minced scallions
1 clove garlic minced
¼ cup Blood Orange Olive Oil
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ Tbsp Chili Paste or Bodacious Harissa Olive Oil(optional)
1 lb scallops or shrimp

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine scallions, garlic, Blood Orange Olive oil & black pepper in a bowl. For an extra kick, add the chili paste or Harissa Olive Oil. Marinate for 30 minutes. Thread scallops onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 8 minutes. Turn several times during cooking and baste with remaining marinade.
Delicious served over pasta or basmati rice.
