Hi Laurie! Thanks for commenting. Our Bodacious Blog will routinely be updated with great recipes using our oils and vinegars. I’ll be happy to add a basic vinaigrette recipe that you can use by plugging in your favorite olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We have some marinade recipes as well. As a consumer first, I was encouraged to experiment with the favors I love. For example, I love to give vegetables a burst of citrus after steaming; so my lemon balsamic is perfect for that! Recently, I discovered that I love roasted sweet potato wedges after soaking them in cranberry pear balsamic for a few hours, or even over night! I should probably mention that I am NOT a huge fan of sweet potatoes so my husband, who loves them, was thrilled by this.
